I am worried about my privacy A: The software is NOT a spyware, it will never do something you didn't ask it to do. By default, it will record all your activity, including keystrokes and store the information on your local hard drive, without sending it anywhere. If you switch them all off, the only thing being recorded will be your work time itself - without breakdown by applications or documents Q: How long does it usually take to prepare a work time report? A: Each day of recent (not imported yet) activity takes about 15 seconds. The more time passed since last report, the more time it will take. Q: Do you provide phone support? A: In general, no. But corporate customers are eligible for phone support (at a per-hour rate) and also on-site installation and support is ok. Q: How do I hide the program's icon from the tray?
